2. Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
The item is not from a final sale or limited drop marked as non-returnable
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags
Intimate or personal items (if applicable)
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
We process all return and exchange requests through WhatsApp. Simply message us with:
Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
The reason for the return/exchange
A photo of the item (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours during business hours.
Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or you can ship the item back
The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the desired size/color is unavailable, we'll offer a store credit or refund
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@benushika.dev.
